PANI PURI / GOL GAPPA

Hummmmmm tasty and tangy pani readywhich is made by me which is one of my most favourite one i used to eat them near maharaja chat bandi and near my collage with my frndz on a small bandi we all used go there and eat them and spend our time time there have fun chating teaseing etc now i really missed all rhose days now i preparing at home using ro water which is good for health also me and my hubby had nice evening eating the puris i hope the people who see my blog and prepare at home will also have a lovely evening with family and frndz now u guys can prepare at home only ...
Preparation Time: 20 mins
For Preparing Puri:
1. Sooji  1 cup
2. Maida 1/2 cup
3. Oil 2 tbs
4.Baking soda  a pinch
5. Water for kneading the dough

For Preparing Pani :
1. Pudina 1 bundle
2. coriander leaves few
3. green chilles 3
4. jeera powder 1/2 tbs
5. red chilli powder 1/2 tbs
6. salt a pinch
7. black salt 1tbs
8.concentrated tamarind paste 5tbs
9. dry ginger 1 tbs
10. water 500ml

For Preparing Masala :
1. Boiled Potatoes 3
2. Red Chilli Powder 1 tbs
3. Salt 1 tbs
4. Chat Masala 1tbs
5. Onion 1 finley chopped.



Method :
1. For preparing puris take all the ingredients and prepare the dough the the dough we usally prepare for puris
2. Let it rest for 10 mins
3. On the other hand lets prepare the pani.
4. Take pudina leaves , green chillies, coriander leaves,tamarind paste in a blender and juice it out using water.
5. Remove all the partice using a stainer.
6. Take the dough make big balls and roll it chapathi cut it in to small pice using cutters i used bottle caps u can use any cutters
7. boil oil in pan and fry puris
8.Take a vessel put the boil potatoes and mash them out and add red chilli powder salt and chat masalaetc and the filling masala is ready
9. take the crispy puris pit it on the top and fill it using masala and dip it in pani and tamarind chutney etc
finally the tasty and yummmmmy pani poori / gol guppa ready to eat.

Murukulu



yummmmy..... yummmy crispy murukulu made by me which were mouth watering  and enjoying the cricket t20 live with my husband munching the murukus  .
Now i may not wait for my mother to bring the murukus nor to a sweet shop and buy them now i can prepare using good refined oil as it is good for health and enjoy the lovely evening with good and homemade snacks.
Yes i will definetly do it once in every month and store the snacks for the whole month as our grandparents does them in our home towns .
thoes who r snacks lovers can try them at home only and i reqest all the people not to buy out side food as they me harmful to health we may not really know what oil and water they r using ingrediants were same as all use for the murukus but as i used little different and one mor new one for good taste the process is below

Preparation Time :    40mins.
Dough Setting Time:  15mins.
 Serves for                : 5nos.

Ingrediants:
for preparing dough.
1. Rice Flour (1 big glass).
2. Besan flour(1/2 glass).
3. Ground nut powder 1 table spoon.
4. Haldi  for taste.
5. Red Chilli Powder 1 spoon.
6. Butter 1 spoon.
7. Jeera few .
8. Ginger Garlic Paster 1/2 spoon.
9. Ajwain seeds few .
10. Water for preparing dough.
11. salt for taste


Method for Preparation.
1. Mix all the ingrediants in a big round vessel and add little water for preparing the dough make sure that the dough should be like chapathi dough .
2. Leave the dough in the vessel for some time so that it will be thight and will be nice for making round murukus.
3. Put some oil in pan for deep frying the murukus .
4. Make big roung balls of the dough and keep a side .
5. Take the muruku machine apply little oil to that put the muruks in that
6. After the oil is heated just take the machine press the machine by turing round .

The crispy round murukus ready to eat......!

Suggestions....
1. Use salt less butter so that when u add salt in the dough the salt will not be more.
2. Apply little oil to the murukus machine so that when pressing the murukus they will be round and they will  not break.
3. Do not over heat the oil they will become black and the taste will not be good.
4 The total time 40 min for this murukus.
